Miriam is a certified Human Resource Practitioner with over 16 years’ experience spanning through Human Resources, Investment and Insurance.
She holds an MBA in Finance from Methodist University College, an LLB and Bsc. from the University of Ghana.
She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management, Ghana (CIHRM).

Miriam is passionate about policy development, legal compliance, human capital development as well as dispute resolution and negotiation.

She is a licensed mediator and a member of the Ghana National Association of ADR Practitioners.
