Head of Strategic Ministry | Acting Head, Prayer and Evangelism | Pastor In Charge, Shiashie Campus

My mission is to serve, lead and inspire totally. I came to faith in Christ, August 1991 and was baptized in a river in October 1991 at Agona Kwanyaku. I was trained as a materials engineer in 2003 in KNUST but called by God to engineer souls in 2008. I have had a privilege of being baptized three times and the last one was with Calvary Baptist Church two decades ago. I served as assistant shepherd with Berea two (2) Sheepfold and later served as area supervisor in Israel family in 2005. Called and mentored into a pastor through CLI and served as youth pastor for Purpose Driven Youth Chapel until 2013 where I had to leave for further studies.

Recipient of the prestigious Billy Graham Scholarhip for Global Leadership and studied in Wheaton College, IL and graduated in 2016 with Masters in Leadership, Evangelism and Missions. Appointed as Head of Strategic Ministry and Church Planting in the last seven years, piloting and planting churches with a multi-site philosophy under leadership of Rev Dr Fred Deegbe. Serving as Campus Pastor for Shiashie Campus since 2018 and acting as a Head for Prayer, Evangelism and Missions for the CBC family since 2022. A Host of Weekly GHAFES Hour radio show since 2018 on Sunny88.7fm providing a Christian Response to National Issues. A Convener of Leadership Dialogue series between Business, Political & Faith based leaders since 2017. Facilitator for Family Based Care Alliance supporting churches and faith-based organization to promote family strengthening, family reunification, kinship/foster care and adoption for orphans and vulnerable children. Married to Dr Afua Adjei-Kwayisi and blessed with a daughter, Awuradeama Kwayisi.
