Theodore is a Certified Business Administration, Risk and Financial Management Practitioner and a Strategy Analyst with over 20 years’ experience spanning through Banking and Finance, Investment & Risk Management, International Relations, and Project Management.
He holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from University of Professional Studies, Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies (PGDMS) from London School of Management, BSc. in Business Administration (Accounting) from the Central University and an HND and Diploma in Business Studies from Accra Technical University.

He is a member of the Chartered Global Investment Analysts (CGIA) USA, a Certified Quantitative Risk Management (CQRM) Analyst of the International Institute of Professional Education & Research (IIPER) USA, Certified Associate in Business Administration (CABA) Project and Risk Management of the International Organization for Capacity Building, London and a finalist of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG).
